We are a boutique commercial real estate development company specializing in grocery anchored neighbourhood developments serving tenants across Canada. We will also be developing single tenant sites to serve our partners in the restaurant, financial and pharmaceutical industries.

Over the next 5 years we will be one of the industry leaders in this segment through our industry experience, agility and uncompromising work ethic.

Together with our tenant partners we will help shape communities by providing superior goods, services and design to neighbourhoods across Canada.

Michael Foley | President

Michael Foley is President of Wexford Commercial Developments Ltd. He has been involved in the development industry for 26 years.

Prior to launching Wexford in January of 2015, Mike was Vice President of Development and a member of the executive team at Trinity Development Group Inc. Reporting directly to John Ruddy, President of Trinity, he had oversight of all aspects of the development function for Trinity across Canada. His responsibilities also included liaising with city politicians and senior managers to advance project approvals as well as reporting on project status at meetings with financial partners including Riocan REIT, Kingsett Capital and Montez Corporation.

Prior to joining Trinty, Mike operated Michael Foley & Associates, a planning consulting firm with commercial clients including IKEA, Sobeys, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, Pizza Pizza.
